(19 ounce) bags frozen cheese tortellini
1-2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half (or whole grape tomatoes)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1/2 – 1 cup coleslaw dressing
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled (or 1 pkg precooked bacon)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Prepare Tortellini according to package. Drain and rinse to cool down. Mix everything in a large bowl and chill until ready to serve. This dish is better the longer the flavors are allowed to marry. Enjoy.
