This recipe comes from the Ball Blue Book Guide to Canning. I’m not going to put the amounts of each of the ingredients because you really should just by the book. It’s only $7 at walmart. :-
- Chooped, seeded, peeled and cored tomatoes
- Chopped Jalapeno Peppers (I seeded mine)
- Chopped Onion
- Garlic, minced
- Minced Cilantro
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix all of these ingredients into a large pot and cook, then simmer and ladle into hot jars. Process in a water bath canner.
