- 2 tilapia fillets from prepared gallon bag of fish (see original post on main page)
- 1 serving of prepared frozen broccoli (see original post on main page)
- 1 packet of brown gravy mix
- creole seasoning
- some water
Remove tilapia from wrappers and place in a microwave safe dish. Rub a small amount of butter on top of fillets and shake some creole seasoning on to the fillets. This is just done to taste, so do whatever you think you’d like. Place a lid on the dish and microwave for 5 minutes. Fish is done when there’s no more pink and it flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, heat a couple of inches of water in a sauce pan and when it gets hot but not boiling, drop in the broccoli for about 1.5 minutes or until done-ness is to your likely. My teen likes her’s a bit crispy so I don’t cook it very long at all.
Add the cooked broccoli to the dish of fish and recover and let it sit while you make the gravy. The instructions for the gravy are on the back of the package.
Serve everything together on a plate and enjoy. 🙂
