Basic White Bread


  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup warm water @ 110* F
  • 1/4 cup veg. oil
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt (1.5 tsp)
  • 1 package (or 2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast


Place the water, sugar and yeast into bread pan and let the yeast foam for 10 minutes. Add oil, flour and salt to the pan and select basic white bread settings and press start. Once the bread is finished, remove it from the pan and let cool for just a few minutes. Slice and enjoy!
